CAST 2012, The Thinking Tester - Do You Know the Way to San Jose?

This may well be the shortest blog post I've published in some time.  There may be some rambling, but less than what I normally have.  Don't look for a deep, thought-provoking idea buried in an apparently pointless story.  Its not there.

So, here's the point.  If you are a Thinking Tester then you need to know about CAST 2012.  The Conference for the Association for Software Testing is scheduled for July 16 through 18 in San Jose, California.

The Call For Participation is up (here).  There are three basic types of presentations:
  1. Interactive Workshops (140 minutes);
  2. Regular Track Sessions (70 minutes with at least 25 minutes for discussion);
  3. Emerging Topics (20 minutes with at least 5 minutes for discussion);
The deadline for Regular Tracks and  Workshops is January 16.

The information you need to know about submitting proposals is on the website at the link above.

If you are a Thinking Tester, I encourage you to consider attending CAST.  If you are interested in telling people about your ideas, I encourage you to consider submitting a proposal.
